Compare Equity Release is an independent marketing website which acts as a directory service to our specialist partners who are all authorised to provide equity release advice and arranging by the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA). Compare Equity Release is not authorised to give advice and we are not liable for any financial advice provided by or obtained through a third party.
The information published on this website is for information purposes only.
1. Use of this site
The rights in the designs, pictures, logos, photographs and content of this site are owned by or licensed to Compare Equity Release. They are protected by copyright, trademarks and other intellectual property rights. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, republish, display, post or transmit any part of this site without the written permission of Compare Equity Release. You may view or print individual pages only for your own personal use.
2. Liability
The site is for your personal use and is not to be used for any commercial purpose. As a result, Compare Equity Release can not be responsible under any circumstances for your loss of profits arising under or in connection with:

Compare Equity Release may change the site or these terms at any time. If you use the site after Compare Equity Release has changed the terms you will be bound by the new terms.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms and your use of this site are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales and any disputes will be decided only by the Courts of England and Wales.
7. Referrals
Occasionally we run referral campaigns with vouchers offered to referees and referrers.
These vouchers will be issued to both parties once initial consultation attendance has been confirmed between the referee and a partner financial adviser.
The same terms and conditions from section 8: 'Vouchers' apply to any referral campaign.
In the case of prize draws, prizes will only drawn after a minimum number of entrants is reached.
8. Vouchers
Vouchers will not be paid on mortgage, debt, equity release, or final salary transfer enquiries.
Your voucher will be sent to you electronically using the email address provided. You’re eligible to receive your voucher once you’ve had your initial consultation with the financial advisor we connect you with.
We’ll confirm contact with the advisor, and your initial consultation after 28 days from your initial consultation. This is the advisor’s legal allowable time for them to be in first contact with you.
Once your initial consultation attendance has been confirmed, your voucher will be dispatched.
